1. Contact Us
Your first step is to contact our Sales Department and explain your project to a member of our sales staff. In order to give you an accurate quote we need to know the make, model and year of the vehicle you plan on wrapping. Although we have access to a huge library of vehicle templates , sometimes it is necessary for us see and measure the exact vehicle that will be wrapped. This eliminates any issues that may arise during the installation and guarantees you the best possible product.
2. Upload Artwork
If you have any logos or images that you would like us to incorporate into your vehicle wrap, you will need to upload them to our server. Uploading is easy and can be done from our Upload Artwork page, just follow the onscreen directions. If this is not an option for you, please contact a member of our sales staff and we will make other arrangements for you.
Once we have gathered all vehicle and artwork information we will hand the project over to our Art Department for the initial wrap concepts. Our qualified and experienced graphic artists will review the project and begin creating wrap designs based on the information they have. This can take 3 – 5 business days. Once we have the initial concepts finished, we will send them to you immediately via our online proofing system.
4. Review / Revise
After you receive the initial designs take some time to review them. You can communicate any changes you would like made to the design through our online proofing system which will send your requests directly to the designer who is working on your project. If you wish you can also set up an appointment to come into Fleet FX and sit down with our design team. We are happy to revise the design for you on screen while you give us instruction and direction in real time.
When you are happy with a wrap design, you will you can approve the project via our online proofing system. This immediately notifies our production staff and they can begin work on your project. In some cases, a 50% deposit is required before production can begin. Once production starts on a project it typically takes 3 – 5 business days before the graphics are ready to be installed.
When production begins on your project, our Install Department will contact you and book an install appointment. Installation times vary from project to project so plan to leave your vehicle with us for at least one full day. If required, a pick up and drop off service is available upon request. A wrap cannot be installed on a dirty vehicle. Before you leave your vehicle with us, please be sure to clean the exterior as a heavily soiled vehicle may be subject to cleaning fees or even cancellation of the appointment. A wrap cannot be installed on a cold vehicle. During cold winter months it is sometimes necessary for the vehicle to be dropped off the day before the install so that it can warm up in our facility over night.
7. Delivery and Caring for your Wrap
When your vehicle wrap is complete, someone from our Install Department will contact you. If required, a pick up and drop off service is available. Do not wash your vehicle wrap in the first 48 hours after picking up the vehicle. When you do wash your wrap we recommend that when using pressure washers, maintain a distance of at least 18″ – 24″ and only wash on a 45 or 90 degree angle. All vehicle wraps done by Fleet FX Graphics are protected by UV resistant laminates which protects your wrap from fading and have a manufacturer warranty of up to 5 years. Fleet FX Graphics Inc will warranty the install for up to 1 year, guaranteeing you that your vehicle wrap was installed properly by trained professionals.
